How to choose best Shampoo for Hair and Scalp

Shampoo is a product for hair care that  remove dirt, oils, skin particles, environmental pollutants, dandruff, and other contaminant particles that gradually build up in hair. The purpose behind using shampoo is to remove the unwanted buildup without stripping out so much sebum as to make hair unmanageable. Using shampoo also allows the hair to be healthy and nourished.

 

Volumizing, straightening, curling, shine-enhancing, curling, de-frizzing shampoo options seem endless. You need to know which kind you should be using for the most beautiful, healthy hair. All shampoos contain two things (1) cleanser and (2) conditioner. How much of each is in the shampoo depends on what kind of hair it is made for. volumizing, Smoothing,  moisturizing, color-safe, straightening  with so many shampoo and conditioner formulas on the market, deciding which one is best for your hair can be a challenge.

 

If you have thick and coarse hair you might need even stronger cleansers to keep it clean, because it can be oilier and hold in dirt more. "For this type of hair, you probably want to beef up the conditioning agent because that hair can handle it and probably needs it.

 

If you have lightweight hair, normal, or fragile, you want to clean it very well because any kind of oil or buildup will be heavy on it. You don't want too much conditioner, because that will weigh it down. For oily hair you need a shampoo that removes the oils and hydrates your hair and scalp.

 

Dry hair needs keratin because dry hair results in the loss of keratin protein that makes up the hair, for dry hair you need the shampoo that contains keratin and other keratin treatments.

 

For Color-Treated Hair you need a shampoo with low ph level which is a measure of how acidic or alkaline the product is. It is suggested looking for a ph between 4.5-5.5 to help prevent fading.
